Be Fraud Cautious!
We’ve received reports of scammers impersonating Crossroads Bank and contacting customers to “verify” account information. These calls may even appear to come from a Crossroads Bank phone number. Some are also directing customers to external websites to enter online banking credentials.
We will NEVER call you and ask for your online banking password, one-time security codes, full debit card number, or full Social Security number.
If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email:
1. Hang up immediately
2. Do NOT click any links or download anything
3. Contact your local Crossroads Bank branch directly through the phone number on the back of your debit card
