Ben Ogden serves as Assistant Vice President, Agricultural and Commercial Lender at Crossroads Bank. He began his career with the bank in 2021 as a Credit Analyst, was promoted to Credit Analyst Officer in 2023, and advanced to his current role in 2025.

Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Manchester University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Saint Francis. Prior to his banking career, he spent several years in education, serving as a Business Teacher and Coach for tennis and golf at Whitko Community Schools, where he taught courses such as Intro to Accounting, Business Law and Ethics, and Principles of Marketing. He later continued his teaching and coaching career at Huntington County Community Schools. Before joining the bank, Ben also worked at Manchester University as a Marketing Writer and later as a Payroll and HR Specialist.
